Kat Randle Hello all. I dont see alot of questions or statements that touch on Hypothyrodism and or PCOS hair loss. I have tried everything under the sun to prevent large amounts of shedding to no avail. Well today I used a wide tooth comb to comb my hair out very gently and lost barely nothing. Like 10% of what I usually lose during my weekly hair sessions. What am I doing you asked? Saw Palmetto. Yes I take two a day. One in the morning and one at night. I have really only been taking them maybe two weeks. Its still early, but I am feeling hopeful. Oh and btw I take it with my prescription.
