Kate Middleton, Prince William to Visit New York City: What Sights Will They See in the Big Apple? Over the past few months, Kate Middletons been forced to cancel appearances and travel plans as a result of complications from her second pregnancy. Kate is suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum, which has been known to cause extreme nausea and vomiting. Fortunately, the condition is generally at its worst in the first months of pregnancy, which means that Kate is more or less out of the woods and has reportedly been cleared to resume her royal duties by doctors. Kate has returned to public life (some say at the urging of the Queen) and is about to begin a busy travel schedule that will include a trip to New York City next month. No exact dates have been given, and its unclear if Prince George will be joining Will and Kate on their trip. The royal couple will be in Manhattan for the purpose of spreading the word about their new wildlife charity, but considering theyll be in the Big Apple for at least three days, theyre expected to take in some sights as well. Regardless of where the Will and Kate spend their time, of course, there are two certainties regarding their visit: theyll be mobbed by fans and paparazzi, and Kates famous fashion sense will be on full display.
