Kathy Alizadeh, the Assistant District Attorney in Ferguson - TopicsExpress

Kathy Alizadeh, the Assistant District Attorney in Ferguson Missouri is in no way ignorant of the law or the processes involved in the so-called system. New knowledge has come to light; disregarding how one might feel about what initially happened in Ferguson Missouri just months ago, no matter whose side you are on, her behavior was deplorable, unprofessional, and in violation of seemingly the most fundamental ethics she has sworn to uphold and protect. On September 16, Kathy Alizadeh, handed the grand jury a copy of Missouri statute 563.046- the state’s Use of Force Doctrine. Darren Wilsons testimony and Kathy Alizadehs questions were solely based on defending what took place with this law, even instructing the Grand Jury so. Section 3.(2)(a) was the main reference to this statue, stating that Missouri police officers can, (2) When he reasonably believes that such use of deadly force is immediately necessary to effect the arrest and also reasonably believes that the person to be arrested (a) Has committed or attempted to commit a felony. It would seem okay then, wrong. So, what seems to be the problem? The highest court in the land, The United States Supreme Court ruled this exact 1979 doctrine unconstitutional just six years later in 1985, in the case of Tennessee v. Garner. On November 21rst, more than two months later, and just three days before the Nov.24 decision, Kathy Alizadeh, did inform the jurors of this in a vague use of tortured language that ...doing our research, is that the statute in the state of Missouri does not comply with the case law...So the statue I gave you, if you want to fold that in half just so that you know don’t necessarily rely on that because there is a portion of that that doesn’t comply with the law. Upon handing them the updated statue she said “That does correctly state what the law is on when an officer can use force and when he can use Deadly Force in affecting an arrest, okay. I don’t want you to get confused and don’t rely on that copy or that print-out of the statute that I’ve given you a long time ago. It is not entirely incorrect or inaccurate, but there is something in it that’s not correct, ignore it totally.” Notice, Kathy Alizadeh, never tells them which part is incorrect, and, Kathy Alizadeh, never did. One confused juror did go as far to ask if federal court decisions did override Missouri statues. Alizadeh’s response, “As far as you need to know, just don’t worry about that.” There was an answer to the jurors question by the way, it was yes, they do. Like I said, it doesnt matter where you stand on the Mike Brown matter A government official tainted evidence, misinformed jurors, and tried covering it up, I believe Kathy Alizadeh was well aware this entire time what she was doing. If they can manipulate evidence to get a verdict they want, what is to stop them in any other case? This should piss you off! Speak Up! Call for Kathy Alizadeh’s license to practice law to be revoked, and her be fired immediately. This is how we stop things from happening, not by rioting and looting. Certainly not by destroying yours’ and your neighbors’ community. But, most certainly not by not being resistant or defiant, résistance and defiance is necessary at this point, I am not promoting violence in this case. The path to absolute freedom when great restrictions are in place for a society should be in the words of Malcom X, “by any means necessary.” This does not mean to be violent or physically aggressive, but to keep fighting for freedom, and when you’re met with oppressive forces increase your tactics to attain your freedom, which is your basic human right. DEMAND KATHY ALIZADEH BE FIRED AND HER LICENSE REVOKED AND DON’T STOP UNTIL IT HAPPENS NEVER LET THEM SILENCE YOU, NEVER! THE MOVEMENT IS STRONG, THE MOVEMENT IS NOW, AND THE MOVEMENT WILL PREVAIL. EXPECT US.
