Kathy Taylor continues her negative and deceitful campaign After Mayor Bartlett’s incredibly positive state of the City address, Kathy Taylor immediately continued her negative campaign. Taylor accused Bartlett of not addressing Tulsa’s raising crime rate, which is an inaccurate accusation. Violent crime is down during Bartlett’s administration compared to Kathy Taylor’s (Tulsa UCR) and our apprehension rate is one of the fastest in the nation. We also know Kathy Taylor is preparing a negative ad for television and using corporate resources to solicit support (Taylor Negative Campaign AD Email). Kathy Taylor has boasted about her plans for transparency, yet we wonder if she is being transparent with Williams Co. when she is having one of their employees use company time and resources to solicit support for her negative campaign. It is unfortunate Kathy Taylor would risk the reputation of a local company that has had such a positive impact on Tulsa. Taylor is desperate to have her old job back and it is apparent she will spend whatever it takes, twist any truth and bend any rule if it benefits her. Tulsa deserves better.
