Kayla Thomas Houston & Jennafer Watson. Yall please read this. Ive had conversations with yall about this plenty of times! I can safely say that we are involved in what our child does, but not breathing down her neck and making sure she is handed everything. We let Andi make mistakes. We let her fail at things sometimes. We dont help her with stuff until she has at least tried to help herself, & in the end, she gets way more satisfaction out of figuring something out on her own then us doing it for her. Its a tough world that kids have to go out into. Teach them skills and common sense and that it is ok to not be perfect at everything.
