Kayla is looking for your advice: Ive had seizures my whole - TopicsExpress

Kayla is looking for your advice: Ive had seizures my whole life. Around 12 theyve changed, Im 19 now. I used to have grand-mal but now I have what they think are sudo absence seizures. I feel it coming from my back and neck and it takes over. I usually feel like Jello, cant move or talk. Its like the back of my throat drops. But Im still conscious. Sometimes I can still slightly move and talk but its very difficult. Im extremely exhausted afterwards, the affects last awhile and sometimes Ill have a migraine that lasts a day or 2 after. They are utterly terrifying. Im not on meds, I have them about once a month, sometimes much more. I cant seem to find anything that works so I gave up. They don show up on an EEG either. I dont know what to do and I feel like some doctors think Im nuts or minimize them to anxiety attacks because Ive been asked to get a video and I havent been able to, plus it doesnt show up on the EEG. I just want to feel normal or at least have an explanation. Any advice or similar experience?
