Kaylee turned 9 months old yesterday! Cant believe its been 9 months already. She gained 2 pounds this month again! She is really getting chunky! This is such a difference from the Nicu days of never gaining weight. Kaylee was supposed to come back to The Childrens Center yesterday but they thought she was having seizures. PRAISE GOD her brain is still perfect! They think that her muscles were just twitching. She was smiling and waving and seemed excited during this twitching. I think she was just excited to be leaving after 4 weeks in the ICU. Her blood work came back perfect she does not require medicine for the twitching! The Picu spoiled us the whole time we were there. They gave her the best patient award and they gave her a certificate for graduating from the Picu. They also gave me coffee a cookie and a journal and the bravest mom award. Its never easy living in the hospital and seeing some of the things I have witnessed but I get all my strength from the Lord. I really felt Gods favor today. We are very happy to be back at The Childrens Center with our old friends. Thanks for all your prayers!
