Kearney Shooting: At 4:22 am on November 22, 2014 the Kearney Police Department was called to a male subject laying on the pavement on the 2nd Avenue Bridge over the canal in the 300 Block. Upon contact with the subject, it was determined that he was the victim of two gunshot wounds. The male victim was transported by ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital and was later flown to Omaha. The suspect vehicle is a silver Honda CR-V with Tennessee plates. That vehicle has been located in Kearney and it is believed the suspects may still in the Kearney area. A warrant for 2nd Degree Attempted Murder and Use of a Firearm to commit a Felony has been issued for Evan Swenson, DOB 12-29-1989, W/M, 5-10, 150 pounds, brown hair, hazel eyes. He may be accompanied with Ashley Dominguez, DOB 9-30-1992, H/F, 5-2, 140 red hair, brown eyes. Both subjects are considered armed and dangerous.
