Keep Piper Safe: I dont know if you have all heard the story about Piper, the sheltie who ended up on death row at a shelter; she was saved by a sheltie rescue and now the breeder is claiming ownership and that she is the owner of the dog (she gave the dog away last year for free, but now thinks she can get some more puppies out of her.)
