Healthy habits are always taught to every kid during their childhood days, as all these healthy habits help them a lot to stay away from various diseases. And value of healthy diet is one of the very first things that parents should always endeavor to describe to their children. A healthy habit when filled in a kid from the beginning years helps the kid to understand every problem and then he is able to find the proper solution related to the problem. Thus this makes child to become a responsible individual. Therefore with the time and your (parents) care children are able to understand the benefits of all healthy habit. Thus following are some of the healthy habit which every kid must have. It is essential for you to teach importance of a healthy habit. 1. Don’t avoid breakfast. Teach them the health benefit of healthy breakfast and for that you can take a help of chart which will help to explain about nutrients. 2. Fruits and green vegetables are also equally important. Therefore you can start form teaching the name of all fruits and telling them about why they are beneficial for your health. Along with this you should pack their lunchbox with some fruits. 3. Parents must see that their children are having proper amount water throughout the day as water is important for body. 4. Make your children to exercise regularly as exercise helps them keep fit and healthy. You can make you child to join swimming or dance class. 5. Your children must know about hygiene-related issues. Therefore you must make your children wash their hands before having meals. For young kids, you can simply use a singsong schedule to get them into the procedure. Kids will then absolutely make this a part of their schedule once they comprehend the value of individual hygiene. 6. Don’t forget the Dental care is equally important. It is observed that as the kids grow they many times ignore to brush their teeth. Therefore it is parent’s duty to make their child to brush their teeth twice a day and keep the teeth healthy. 7.
