This is to inform everyone who registered in the World AIDS Day Neon Run 2014 that it will be postponed on Dec. 13, 2014 (Saturday) 4:00 am at Parkmall Grounds instead of Dec.62014 due to the typhoon Ruby(Hagupit). It was already entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) early this morning and is expected to stay in the PAR until the weekend. We want to ensure the safety of all the people who will be in the said activity since Cebu is said to be one of the areas that will be affected of the typhoon. We hope for all of your understanding with the sudden change of schedule and let us all be prepared of the disaster which might happen. Be ready with your emergency equipments and supplies.
