The news-media does NOT want to upset any police department, because they need cops as a source of covert and overt news information...so, they are willing to sacrifice police brutality against animals by not publicly reporting it! The People of Filer, Idaho, have broken through that shameful news-media code of silence through their perseverance and insistence for justice against a cruel and heartless cop...and...the municipal government system which has taken no punitive action against him...and returned him to full duty to endanger other animals and People in your city.
