Keeping myself accountable to working out in the morning. Here is the #piyo #moveoftheday This is from the lower body workout. You can start from low lunge than turn your back foot out & press it down from toes to heel. Lift up into Warrior I. You will be strengthening your front leg & stretching your back leg. Lift & lower with control. The second posture is Warrior II. This is great for opening the hips more & stretching the inner thighs. #itsyourturn
