Keith Morans warm up (after a half mile run) for his training session at Extreme Fitness. He followed this up with Burpee box jumps at 24 inches, A 1000 m row, 200 feet of walking lunges with 90 pounds of chain wrapped around his torso(twice) and 20 pound sledgehammer swings. You always amaze me with what you can accomplish in 30 minutes keys! Great work as always :-) #extremefitness #buckscounty #truckpull #truckpush
