Keith Rowley a Dangerous Tobagonian (small and narrowminded) hoping that taxpayers will lose millions of dollars so he and his PNM party will celebrate. In response to Opposition Leader Dr Keith Rowley’s claim that this country was involved in a US$100 million (TT$644 million) arbitration in the United States as a result of the cancellation of the smelter contract, Attorney General Anand Ramlogan had this to say last night: “In his usual irresponsible fashion Dr Rowley is rushing to score cheap political points even if it means compromising the legal position of the State in a matter that is sub judice. It is reminiscent of his fulminations concerning the OPV arbitration when he was the prophet of gloom and doom, predicting we would lose and even went so far as to announce that we had in fact lost.
