Kejriwal and AAP are making promises such as below - I will not dismiss it as fake as AAP supporters do so but have my comments point wise - If anyone has better information of how this would be achieved then please advise: 1. 50% prices of electricity - no plan is suggested but lets believe for a minute he will do it at the cost of exchequer and tax people back 2. Water bills to be dispensed with - who will bear the cost of generating water - Kejriwal? 3. Six months everyone goes to jail - Who will pass the law - Will kejriwal and AAP have the powers to do so in Delhi assembly 4. May be he is very resourceful so he may manage that - till date the amount of water available to Delhi is less than its consumption and if Kejriwal comes to power Haryana may also reduce the water supply through Yamuna 5. Again 700 litres water free per household - who is sponsoring that? 6. Will Kejriwal have the powers to create a commando force as Delhi CM? The police would not be reporting to him too 7. Yes, fees reduction is possible but in the era the private schools live they would close schools down, they do not like to earn normal profits - who will teach children - Kejriwal? - rather he should promise better Govt schools to compete with private schools to bring cost and fees down 8. Regularization of unauthorized colonies - Does Delhi Govt alone have the powers - FYI MCD and DDA have a role to play which would not be under him 9. Giving flats to Jhuggi Dwellers - Is there enough space and does Delhi Govt have the powers 10. VAT - yes he can do that although it is pretty simple now too but can bring improvements, if any
