A person who is hungry enough to really get in the trenches with a growing office and help us as we navigate the transitions. This person likes to solve puzzles and be a detective to find ways to accomplish things most effectively, and they can make the mental leap of thinking through the effect that one action has on other parts of the system and adjust all the related parts correctly, without having to be told to do so. They enjoy connecting all the dots to complete the puzzle. This person takes great pleasure in making sure all the details are in the right place. Are you capable of making a major impact if given the right tools, resources and training? All the basics still apply, previous administrative experience in a real estate office is a PLUS, computer savvy, expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a PLUS, social media guru and works well with others. Salary - $30,000-$40,000 plus bonus and benefits Hours – Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00 pm
