Kellers didnt have any power today so I came back home ... I needed to keep myself busy so I cooked .. thats the best way I know to keep busy .... this is the best dinner I think I have ever put together with the stuff I just had in the kitchen .. I have baked chicken seasoned with garlic, cilantro and Cajun seasoning ( bit spicy ) and rice with cheese and broccoli and the frozen veggie medley by Birdseye ... yummy ... I dont usually cook on FRIDAY ... sooo this is a treat .. I think my daughter is planning to make cornbread or biscuits too ....
