Kelli Heidt shared/ goes with the PHOTO below.... It truly saddens me, to be writing this. Pictured is the truck and the trailer that I have pulled for 10 years. This trailer has been pulled by a few different CHEVROLET trucks. Because THAT is what I drive. A CHEVROLET!!! What I have driven all my life, and I even worked at YATES GMC in Goodyear, AZ for a period of time. Currently my 2011 Chevrolet 3500 HD is sitting in Chattanooga, TN. At Integrity Auto Group. Diagnosis= needs an engine??? Why is that you ask?? Not really sure what failed?? Speculation is an Injector over fueled the #8 cylinder until it cracked and lost compression. Seems like a previous GM problem. Anyone that knows me, knows I am brand Loyal!!! If it works and lasts and does a great job, I stick with it... Here is where,I AM ASKING FOR HELP!! ! CHEVROLET has REFUSED to help, (we only asked for a discount) I did not buy my truck at Integrity Auto Group. I do not service my truck with them. I was stuck there. When I contacted General Motors Corporation they said, it will be up to the dealer if they wish to help???? I thought I bought my truck from a representative of the General Motors Corp??? So my 2011 truck is DOA, left me stranded in a precarious situation (on I-24 6% grade, with my horses in the trailer...so the towing company that was dispatched refused to tow it) This being the Grande Finale of problems, having seen 3 dealers in just a few days claiming it was a DEF problem and spending $2500. This truck is my partner, and I dont think GM has any idea how damaging it can be to have a very disenchanted and scorned women customer expressing this to every person she comes in contact with in the HORSE TRAILER pulling world!!!
