Kelly Smith from Omega Horse Rescue falsely accused me of stealing a horse....this horse was Annie. Charges were not filed against me because they were unfounded. She showed up at the property with old documentation claiming ownership of Annie (without my knowledge and I was not there) after an argument her and I had over kill pen horses and activity she was involved in that I did not agree with. Out of pure vindictiveness and spite she tried to have me arrested and then took Annie. She has been sent a registered letter demanding return of Annie to me and instructed that until this matter is resolved that she is to refrain from making any disposition of Annie, whether through sale, adoption, or placement. Approximately 45 minutes ago, she listed her on her page as being available for adoption. I have not in any way publicly slandered her or Omega and have not made it known that she is the one involved. She has, however, forced me to make it public. Any questions, please PM or call me. ANNIE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION. I OWN HER AND HAVE ALL DOCUMENTATION TO PROVE THAT I HAVE PAID FOR HER CARE.
