Kelsey On April 9th, 2008 Kelsey Fukuda was struck at a crosswalk in Willmington, California by a teenage driver. The accident left Kelsey impaired with her speech and long term amnesia of forgetting who her family was which resulted in her having to be retaught the basics and the skill level of a child.
