Kendrick Recruitment is now looking for an outstanding Pastry Chef for a small intimate lodge based in the well known Madikwe Private Game Reserve. The selected candidate will play a key role in insuring that the guests receive the best cuisine experience possible during their stay. To be considered we are looking for someone with a recognised culinary qualification and further studies specifically into the Pastry side of the kitchen, at least 2 years experience in a pastry role is also a must for your application to be taken into consideration. You will be responsible to oversee all the pastry/baking dishes (breakfast, lunch, pre game drive, all desserts, breads etc) at the lodge. We are looking for someone who is experienced in the lodge environment as a Pastry Chef. Presentation skills are highly important in this role as well as aiming for perfection.
