Now, is that not upside-down thinking? NOA ought to be a state institution, so it is that the ACT establishing it insulates it from partisan politics. But Jonathan is willing to desecrate any law, any ACT of the National, so far as it confers personal benefit on him. President Jonathan is a habitual destroyer of state institutions, and this abnormally does not come as a surprise to careful watchers of his ruinous administration. Lets vote out Jonathan, and put back Nigeria on the path of sanity!
