Kenneth E. Farmer, 76, Indianapolis, passed away at Community East on July 9. 2013. He was born in Indianapolis to the late Frank and Elzora Farmer on May 27, 1937. Kenneth has been in the hotel business for many many years and finally retiring from the Embassy Suites. He was so successful in the hotel business that his work was featured in magazines. He was proud to serve people and had served many well-known politicians. He is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Betty Farmer which she will miss him dearly. He is also survived by 2 sisters, Verna Curtis and Louise Baldwin; brother, Harold Vincent and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, and 2 brothers, 1 sister, Opal Wright, Howard and Thomas Farmer. Service time: calling will be Monday, July 15, 2013 @ 1604 W. Morris Street, from 10:00am until 12:00Noon with funeral services @ 12noon. Burial to follow at Round Hill Cemetery.
