Kent Brantley, MD, has successfully offered his blood to help those who have the contagion Ebola. When he became ill, he came to the United States and was able to survive this deadly illness killing over 2500 people at the time. He gave God the praise for having survived, and now he is able to help others who have the disease. Antibodies in his blood help those afflicted to regain their health. What a wonderful paradigm we see in scripture. The Bible says, He who knew no sin was made sin for us that we might be made the righteousness of God. The blood offered at Calvary was the perfect antidote for the sin that kills every person infected. We entered into the world with a boatload of it. Its feverish lust, greed, and selfishness has caused many to fall beneath its weight and succumb to an eternity without remedy. Through a divine appointment with the Great Physician brought about by the Holy Spirit, we are offered an opportunity to receive this priceless gift that puts our sin into remission. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin. Dr. Brantley offered God praise for healing him of a disease that is a living organism. How much more should we who have received the healing of our sins through Jesus Christs stripes give God the glory! We have been set free from sin to live forever, and when forever has passed, we still have forever to go! May each of us pass along this life saving message to as many as we can. Tony Smith
