Kentucky United States Senator Rand Pauls Official Senate Response to President Barack Obamas 2014 State of the Union Address: Senator Paul explains very critically and historically how Democrat and Republican legislators have led us on a downward spiral of a failing economy via big government. Senator Paul discusses unemployment numbers that President Obama fails to mention.
