Kenyans. I have been following the discussion on the Machakos road. The county government claimed that some individuals deliberately dug up sections of the road to discredit Gov. Mutua. Upon close scrutiny of the photos appearing in Facebook, I note that the damages on the road are inconsistent with the normal wear and tear of a road. It appears that the road was dug up manually. I, therefore, believe that the damage was man-made. Homabay county has also embarked on a 33km road, it would be a good idea if they borrowed Gov. Mutuas solution. The contractor has been given 3 months to show that he can do the job. By Mutuas solution, 3 months is the time it would take to do the whole 33km!
