Kenyans who are in proper minds and knowledge of their Country Kenya should listen and understand to what Mr. Micah Cheseremi is talking about. The Kenyan new Constitution which created Governors and Senators did not want Central Government to confuse the leadership of Counties and that is why the Counties have their own Assemblies and Speakers. Where do the Central Government get authority to enter in to the Counties Governments? Which seat do they have there or who elected them there? Did the people of Counties elected Governors and Senators by votes or they were appointed by Central Government? Kenyans should stop that Impunity tactics which has no ground in Counties.Treasury should give money to the Counties which knows where to start with their programs in their areas. Just give the Counties their money to start business. Which Constitution says that Central Government will share Governors seats in Counties? First of all the old system of PCs and DCs covered in impunity blanket in the name of County Commissioners should leave the Counties very quickly without even talking anything about them.The only people to remain in Counties are Chiefs and their Assistants because they are in their area or Counties in their Locations. I am saying this to all Kenyans Counties but not tribal thing which impunity is trying to impose in Counties. Tribes should clean their images in their Jimbos before they go to another Jimbo or Counties. There is no unity in Kenya. Let no one cheat the other.The fifty years leadership in Kenya has proved that there is no unity. CIC Commission and other Constitution Commissions should join Micah Cheseremi to bring the true new Constitution in Kenya.The Power is now in Governors and Senators hands because that is the new Constitution and they were elected by votes of their Counties people. People should not talk about the old system of Corruption in the new Constitution.(SSR).
