Only few cases have been reported so far; hence, the oral physicians should have a thorough knowledge of the clinical, radiographic, and histopathological coordination, for appropriate diagnosis of these lesions. Further follow up of the lesion is necessary, as KCOT has a high recurrence rate due to the presence of satellite cysts.
