Kettlebell exercises to get lean toned legs and strong glutes! 1⃣ holding the KB at chest level by the handles, feet slightly turned out, step out into a wide squat then step together and repeat. Thats one rep. 2⃣ KB swing, step out into a reverse lunge as you lift KB overhead (make sure your back knee gets low and your front knee stays over your ankle), back to center and repeat other leg. Thats one rep.
