Kettlercise is a brand new fitness class that incorporates the use of kettlebell training in a friendly group atmosphere. Regular kettlebell training is typically carried out using heavy weights whereas kettlercise is carried out using light weights and is set out in a non stop routine that will work every single muscle in your body to ensure you melt away fat, tone up, improve core stability and dramatically improve endurance. Mondays 6.15pm & Wednesdays 9.15am £6.... And the 30 minute Kettlercise Express class every Friday at 9.15am just £4!
