Kevin Scardifield Do you really want to screw ATOS and eat into their profits. You have the legal right to insist they voice record your interview and give you a copy of it. Now in my area they only have 2 units, if everybody insisted on a voice recording they would have to buy in a lot more, employ and pay to trian people to use them. If they say this will delay your interview then complain to your MP that they do not have the equipment to do the job they are contracted to do and are causing you stress by making you wait. You can also screw up the DWP Tell them that under the freedom of information act you require a copy of their contract with ATOS, you can do it by e-mail as long as yu include your full name DOB and Address. 100,000 requests would have them running around in circles
