Kevins Workout: This workout was written for our gym programming as a fun wod with two of the girls kinda slammed into one. It seems appropriate to work together to do something Challenging for Kevin so we will do what we planned on doing originally. We have already had a few donations to the cause, all money given today and for this cause will be donated directly to kevinogar. Many of us at the gym know Kevin and speak to each other about what a good person he is, if you want to know the story ask a coach, and be thankful for everything you have. Friends, family, your body and its crazy amazing abilities. Life can change tragically quickly. I, for one, am thankful for this amazing community, and am thankful for the chance to help his cause even just a little. L2 K. Ogars WOD As a team of two: with 20 minutes on the clock: complete 300 wall balls for time, then complete as many clean and jerks as possible at 135/95 in the time remaining. Only one person can be working on the wall balls at a time. Both partners can clean and Jerk. Score will be total Clean and Jerks Completed. L1: A. HSPU Practice B. The Power Clean C.
