Key Bank is the worst place to EVER get a loan from. If you are smart, we were not, stay far away from them! If you lock yourself out of your account they drag you through a maze of questions that take you back to when you first opened the loan & if you have it filed away they tell you it took too long for you to answer so they cannot help you. Seriously stay clear of them! What a frustrating load of crap! Ok back to upbeat messages! Just wanted people to be aware so they dont have to go thru the nightmares we have just to pay a bill!
