Key Peninsula Fire would like to acknowledge Evergreen Elementary students, staff and families. Evergreens Principal Hugh Maxwell and PE teacher Scott Glogovac proclaimed that the two classes who raised the most money would get to have representatives shave their beards. All the money is being donated to The Honor Flight Network- a program dedicated to flying WWII Veterans to Washington DC to see the WWII memorial. (For more information go to honorflight.org ) Evergreen raised $750, the majority of which was change brought in by the students! Thank you Evergreen for your energy, goodwill and sense of community!
