Keyboardist Mike Pinder was born on December 27, 1941 in Erdington, Birmingham, England. As a founding member of The Moody Blues, Pinder visited the Billboard charts six times between 1965 and 1969. During the 1960s, the band scored only one American top ten hit. “Go Now” peaked at #10 in 1965.
