Khales Krusade Tuesday update/plan.....Khale did well on full strength formula continuous feed. He had some discomfort at times but nothing that required pain meds for that issue. However his gtube site is still causing pain and he did have some pain meds for that. We are waiting for surgery to come do consult again. We are going to try a bolus feed of 95ml over 2hrs instead of 1 hour. Khale had a great OT session this morning with someone other than mommy Sadly we were dealt another blow when we were told Khale once again tested positive for cdiff. No surprise though as the liquid stool is flowing and foul smelling; as well as increased abdominal cramping. We are waiting for another consult with his GI to discuss our next move on this.
