Khama lambasts radical South African politician Botswana President Ian Khama on Friday labeled the radical South African opposition politician and leader of the Economic Freedom Party leader Julius Malema and his party as people who are ill mannered. This follows Malema’s attack on Khama regime as a military junta following the country’s refusal to grant him visa to speak at an opposition candidate launch. Speaking at a political rally in Ramotswa, 30 kilometers from the capital Gaborone, President Khama said both the EFF members and Malema are people have no manners, they never speak the truth. There is this new party from our neighbours which has demonstrated in their own parliament in South Africa that they are ill mannered. Khama also took a swipe at the Botswana opposition saying they were irresponsible to associate with people like Malema. Can you imagine our opposition the UDC is inviting such people to our country to learn from them? They take this kind of people with no manners to be their instructors, their teachers and role models. Now you can see for yourself the kind of people we have in the opposition, said Khama. / APA
