Khasta Kebab Roll Ingredients For kebab Keema ¼ kg Onion 1 medium Green chilies 4 Coriander leaves 1 tbsp Garlic 3 pods Red chili powder 2 ½ tsp Salt to taste Turmeric ¼ tsp Garam masala powder ½ tsp Toasted Bengal gram 1 tbsp( grounded) Oil for frying For roll Maida 2 cups Ghee 2 tbsp Milk as needed Salt to taste ( mix all ingredients and make a soft dough ) Method Boil half keema. And grind remaining half keema. Now in boiled keema add sliced onion, chopped green Chilies, coriander leaves, salt,red chili powder, turmeric, Garlic and garam masala and grind finely. Now mix both Keema mixture and toasted Bengal gram. Mix well. Make Long kebabs from the mixture. Heat oil in a wok and deep Fry kebabs on low flame. Keep aside. Now make thin and small rotis from the dough. Place Kebab on each roti and make rolls. Now deep fry rolls in Hot oil until golden brown on low flame. Serve hot with Ketchup or any chutney.
