Khách hàng của StartJobs tuyển :General Accountant (Vacant Immediately) Link startjobs.vn/tim-viec-nhanh/general-accountant-vacant-immediately-1002-2.html MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC • Responsibility for all accounting activities to be in good order and maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records • Responsible for the accuracy of all accounting documents, financial statements and financial analysis. • Follow up with debts & payments from clients & suppliers, to ensure the accuracy of payment date & total amount against the PI, invoices, • Full responsibility for the accuracy of the L/C with terms based on PI or invoice terms • Administration tasks – order confirmation, invoicing etc. • Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly closing financial statement • Maintain General Ledger & Trial balances w/t end of month reporting and reconciliation • Cash management and Cash flow forecasting including vendor scheduling, Cash balances, and weekly Cash reporting. • Ensure all statutory tax and accounting reports and filings are prepared and submitted timely and accurately. • Bank Account Reconciliations • Liaise with other departments for Accounting documents and Information • Work with auditors on quarterly and annual audits • Other task as requirement Yêu cầu khác • Great communication skills • Basic in English speaking, fluency in English writing • Computer skills (word, excel, etc.), especially experienced in accountant system (we use Fast) • Lots of energy and a very positive attitude • Ability to handle and prioritize multi-tasks to meet deadlines • High degree of professionalism Điện thoại: 0938.582.789 email:[email protected] StartJobs.vn https://facebook/startjobs
