Coordinating with relevant departments to improve business processes and services; Job responsibilities: - Help foreign customers in opening securities accounts, apply for trading code and bank account. - Advise customers the securities law and VCSC trading system. - Provide customer’s information about VCSC’s service and products. - Make daily trading confirmation to customers. - Maintain customer records by updating account information. - Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. - Create close connection to banks, custodian banks and VSD to update all related regulations. - Other tasks assigned by Customer Service Manager. Kỹ năng/Yêu cầu công việc - A bachelor degree. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Securities/Finance/Banking company. - Having working experience in Customer Service in Securities firm would be an advantage.
