Then she upped the va-va-voom levels by opting for a see-through blouse with feather coat. In Amsterdam, she ditched the pants and showed off her shapely legs in a mini dress and matching coat. It was at this same event that the 29-year-old debuted lighter locks—shes almost as blond as sister Kim Kardashian now! Finally, at her latest event in Dubai the star kept with her dark color palette but added a bit of shimmer with a metallic embellished pencil skirt and crystal hair pin. Oh, and shes not done yet.
