Kia ora Whanau, There is likely to be a significant number of people training in the pond this weekend, together with a number of other water activities in the immediate area. Until further notice and to help keep everyone safe, please be considerate of the following guidelines while swimming: 1. Please follow the number sequence of the buoys. Ideally you start at the Pandora road end of the pond and swim the long length towards buoy 1 and then turn left to round buoys 2 and 3...and continue to follow this direction. However, if you choose to start at a different point could you swim to join the circuit in this direction. 2. Please wear a coloured swim cap. This should be a bright colour. 3. Please rest on the inside of the buoys. If you are tino tere and have to wait for someone (aka rest lol) please wait on the inside of the buoys. Please look after the buoys and if you are fortunate enough to see the crew from Hawkes Bay Multi sport thank them for maintaining them for everyones continued use! Happy swimming Whanau,
