Kia ora koutou...on friday 5 of september one of my much loved cuzns Tania Maree Whiu slipped away peacefully surrounded by her loving whanau...Tania was diagnosed with myleod leukemia in february of this year & told she would die in 3 weeks without conventional treatment...she ckose au natural...& we were blessed with her for 6 months...She is now at rest & free from physical & spiritual pain...♡...i feel it this is important to share in here as my cuzn was one of our biggest fans & loves the moana & pretty much bought all her kids up on the moana & to respect & care for the moana .....the last time we spoke she thanked us for standing up to protect our moana from harm & gave her full support in Stopping Deep Sea Oil..we wished so much that she could join the summer campaign...but now we will have her spirit with us as it was leading up to her passing...Tania leaves big shoes to fill & 4 beautiful children...She will be going to Kaingahoa Marae, Mataraua after lunch tomoro & burial on Tuesday at 11am...it is with a heavy ♡ that i write this...& thank you for reading this...my cuzn Tania took the photo of the shell on the sand the last time she was out opononi...& i thought to honour her memory & support for our kaupapa it only right to have her photo as the cover for now...hope you all dont mind...may her beautiful soul forever rest in peace...♡....
