Kia ora tatou, Thank you all for your kind wishes on the passing on my father recently which sadly was from throat cancer. Today I have joined a fundraiser for cancer alongside others around the country. Over the next 12 weeks we are part of the Chumpchange 12 week Challenge see https://tewero.org/ That means that we commit to healthy eating and a fitness programme over 12 weeks. This is a really good cause and I’m happy to be part of it not only for myself but the whole whanau!
