Kia ora whānau, had some awesome kōrero re our martial arts class. We have a range of age groups from year 4/5 to year 11 at the moment so i am thinking of holding 2 classes on a Wednesday arvo. Class 1 from 330ish to 430 this will be for year 7s and under then from 430 to 530 will be for the older kids. However this will only start when we get enough numbers in the younger age group. Remember this is for everyone, boys, girls of all abilities. We will be teaching a mixture of BJJ, wrestling and some striking based on Wing Chun. At this stage it will be free however once we get a roll on we will charge a small fee which will be a koha to the kura also to start raising funds to buy mats, gloves etc. An added bonus will be that your child will be learning Te Reo Māori along side these martial arts!
