Kickin it with none-other than the abs man Jason Goodale! I actually dont think there is a more humble, cool and down to earth fitness personality in the industry such as this guy, he has one of the best aesthetic physiques in the industry. Back around 2011 i was at a very low point, i was in awful shape didnt train for like 6 months and i was in and out of employment, came across some pics of Jason the abs man on facebook and was blown away.... So... I made a promise to myself that when things get better for me, i will work hard and craft my own physique to be proud of... So he has been one of my main physique inspirations these last 3-4 years and one of the main reasons why i decided to up my game, take my physique to another level and ultimately compete. We first met at bodypower expo 2014 and just clicked straight away, fast forward a few months later and we were on the same stage competing against each other in the same category, crazy! But, there was no hard feelings or rivalry between us at all, we were best friends on the day talking about everything fitness-wise and laughing at some of the inflated egos backstage lol Was great sharing the experience with you bro and can honestly say ive made a lifelong friend.
