Kid you have balls of steel--- indeed I do... Call it pure confidence or outspokenness, but I say its the result of standing up for whats right and admittedly deserved while factoring in hustle, drive, intelligence, basic logic, demand, correct timing, and pre-planning... I was taught when to hold them, fold them, and/or when to cash them in... As much as I claim I didnt learn much in college, I swear I dont have a degree in communications for nothing... At the end of the day actions speak louder than words and my true professional value always seems to shine at the right times... Great professionals perform 100% even when they think no one is watching regardless of their position in whatever field... Daily consistent actions and performance speak volumes alone; however, you must know when to highlight them and verbalized what you need, want, and ultimately what financially equates to your individual performance... Patience and due diligence are indeed virtues that I strive to live by daily-- it all pays off in the end
