Kids lovingly booked me in for a bike ride today.. ( I havent ridden a bike in years) ... We didnt get far but with hills in outer estate Im amazed we got as far as we did.. In conclusion the second hand bike I bought is not suited to me so I will have to buy myself a better bike.. ( I worked out it was the bike because I was able to ride my daughters bike up the hill with out much issues, where as my bike is a whole lot of wrong) ..Moral of the story ... I did some exercise today :) now back to making a cake :)
