Taclibon, 12-17-13) The Anti-Pork Barrel Movement in the Philippines might have achieved a milestone towards reformation of governance in the recent Landmark Decision of the Supreme Court re: Unconstitutionality of Congressional Pork, some provision of Malampaya Fund Law (PD 910) and the Presidential Social Fund (PD 1869), but the Highest Magistrate did not declare the Pork Barrel in Government per se unconstitutional.
